Portfolio and case studies are examples of prior work. Results for future projects vary by scope, industry, and client cooperation.
Content on this website (text, branding, designs, code samples) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

3. Services and quotes

Service descriptions on the website are general. Final scope, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in a quote, proposal, WhatsApp/email agreement, or subscription checkout.
Estimates are not guarantees unless we explicitly commit in writing.
You are responsible for providing timely access, content, feedback, and approvals needed for delivery.

4. Payments

Project fees and retainers are billed as agreed (for example fixed project invoices or monthly PayPal subscriptions).
Monthly retainer plans are also subject to our Subscription Terms.
Unpaid invoices may result in paused work or suspended access to deliverables until payment is received.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has started or a billing period has begun.

5. Client responsibilities

Ensure you have rights to materials you provide (text, images, logos, data, accounts).
Keep credentials secure and revoke access when a project ends if you prefer.
Comply with applicable laws when using websites, marketing, AI tools, or messaging we build for you.

6. AI and third-party platforms

AI features may rely on third-party model providers. Outputs can be inaccurate; you should review before relying on them for business or legal decisions.
Platforms we integrate with (Shopify, WordPress, WhatsApp, Google, Meta/TikTok ads, payment gateways, etc.) have their own terms. Your compliance with those terms is your responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment for custom project work, you receive rights to the agreed deliverables for your business use, unless otherwise stated in writing.
We may reuse general know-how, non-client-specific components, and portfolio screenshots of public pages unless you request confidentiality in writing.
Third-party themes, plugins, stock assets, and open-source libraries remain under their original licenses.

8. Confidentiality

We treat non-public business information you share for a project as confidential and use it only to deliver services, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

The website and demos are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific engagement in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may end a project or retainer as described in the applicable agreement or Subscription Terms. We may suspend services for non-payment, abuse, or illegal use.

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for website use; ongoing paid services may be governed by the Terms in effect when work was ordered unless we notify otherwise.
